Body

If you ever wondered if there is a difference between training with a Certified Fitness Trainer and an exercise scientist, training with Sherin will give you a satisfactory answer to that question. He is an exercise science graduate with in-depth knowledge about physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, neuroscience, biochemistry, sports nutrition, sports psychology. He conducts some of the most advanced exercise testings on his clients at some of the best super speciality hospitals. With these results in hand, Sherin knows every physiological, cardiovascular and metabolic change that is happening within you. With periodical tests conducted, Sherin shows you the progress you have made over a period of weeks.

Every session is a new session. Weight training, freehand exercises, functional training, Kettlebell, TRX, Bosu ball, Teraband, Kickboxing, grappling, low-intensity steady-state cardio, high-intensity interval training, all carefully designed in a scientific and methodical periodized training program tailor-made just for you. Mind

Over the years, the benefits that Sherin has derived from his sports training, strength & conditioning, is what he will pass on to you. His philosophy to improve your focus, motivation, discipline, and enjoy your training regime is simple, “fitness goals are a by-product of your performance. Focus on performance”. By performance, he is referring to training your 5 bio motor abilities – strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and psychological abilities. Any human being who has peaked these abilities by default will have a physique that is packed with lean muscle and low on fat.

Pick a sport. Just as fitness training for him was to improve his strength and conditioning for Judo, Sherin puts his clients through a rigorous training routine to get them ready for an activity they always wanted to do. It could be running a weekend marathon, river rafting, hiking/trekking, bike rides or just wanting to learn a martial art like kickboxing. He believes that if your bio motor abilities are at their peak and you are able to develop a passion for any kind of physical activity, fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle gain becomes a by-product of your training.

Energy

“Your body is your place of worship where your soul resides.” With this mantra, he skilfully works on that intangible entity that is your life force. Through tai chi, meditation, breathing routines he makes you connect with yourself in a way that enriches your life from within. A positive and strong prana/chi can only be sustained by a body that is healthy and a mind which is still. It is only then that the radiance of such a personality can be felt and experienced by anyone who interacts with you.
